Do you have a liquor license?
In New York, a mobile bar is NOT allowed to obtain a liquor license because we’re not purchasing and selling alcohol. You purchase the alcohol and supply the Bartender. There is a wine cooler and beverage frigerator and small kerator with a tap.
How much alcohol to buy?
I can refer you to local establishments to help figure out how much alcohol you may need based on alcohol calculators and type of event. Best of all… keeping the leftovers.
Is The Fancy Filly insured?
I carry General Liability insurance. If being used to serve alcohol you should consult with your homeowners policy or event space. No liquor liability is provided.
What type of events can you do?
All types of events, let the creative juices flow. From weddings and showers to birthdays, graduations and corporate events, The Fancy Filly Mobile Gathering trailer will ensure you a customized occasion and guests a unique experience. Call for a customized quote.

How far will you travel?
The Fancy Filly is in Vestal, New York 13850, We will travel within a 20-mile radius which is included with the booking. Beyond that is $3 per mile. Hourly may rates apply for further locations.
What are the space requirments?
Fancy needs to have room to park that is flat. There must be plenty of room for both the truck and trailer to pull through and/or turn around. She is about 12 feet long and 7 feet wide and 8 feet high.
Do you need electricity?
Yes, we would need to be parked within 100 feet of an outlet so that we can utilize all the features of the Fancy Filly. If outlets are not available, renting a generator will be an additional fee.
What is your reservation and payment policy?
We require a 50% non refundable deposit and a signed agreement to book your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If booking less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans changed? We offer a limited cancellation policy. Deposit is non refundable if cancel within one month of event date. Please inquire for details.
What happens if event gets rained out ?
This filly is rain resistant. We will work with you to find the best available option to provide cover for her in the event of inclement weather. If severe weather such as lightening we reserve right to help come up with alternative plan.
